It will probably die in rollback, but I have finally gained an LSF BCR (I vehemently hate powertrading)

Please don't exclude people of certain time zones to a specified time(of just 6 hours). It discourages people of certain areas to play.
Restriction of PVE bonus will also bring down PVP during those hours
Since you have also said the main outcome of the event won't be affected, I don't see why people logging at different times for PVE is a problem.
Please allow people to log whenever they want for PVE, this will only encourage others to hunt the PVEers, thus bringing more PVP as well.
