Order will bring Order|CV-Deceres and will keep Order|CV-Montana as a reserve incase no second battleship registers or if one of the battleships drops out.

Due to the ongoing RP between Zoners and the Order, Zoners will be added to the event config as a separate human side. They may evacuate both stations, and will receive bounties when killing nomads/wild (and will give bounties when killed by them).
