INTERRUPTING SMUGGLING OPERATION - OMICRON PI

07.07.835 In the afternoon I, ensign Ernest Willner, received a task with agent "Blackjack" to patrol the Omicron systems due to increased artifact traffic. The first on the way was decided to check Omicron Pi since there were most often violators mining alien relics. Having entered the system we approached Planet Knossos and found three ships, two of which were key, one belonged to the zoner with the call sign "Terabit.Leza", the second belonged to a freelancer with the call sign "Consealed".

Xeno Relics were found in the hold of these two ships, a total of 2600 units, at the request of agent "Blackjack" the violators dropped the cargo and additionally destroyed it themselves. Later we were joined by agent "Eclipse Vanguard" with the call sign "E\V/-OCV-Baal" and agent with callsign "Anhuret" with their help the violators were interrogated and escorted out of Omicron Pi. The order came from the planet Pygar, they do not know the customer personally. After the intruders left the systems, Agent "Blackjack" and I returned to Dabadoru Station.

CONTROL CARGO TRAFFIC IN OMICRON DELTA

08.07.835 In the afternoon I, ensign Ernest Willner, received a task with agent "Blackjack" to take our post near jump hole to Omicron Kappa and control cargo traffic on any sign of alien artifacts, according by order about interception of traffic control. During our mission we have met drone of the core which ship call sign was "AIX-173", however, it's flew away, seems like it was intelligence drone. Agent, which ship callsign was "Rogue", soon joined us with agent ,which ship callsign was " E\V/-OCV-Baal", from Eclipse Vanguard soon after incident with drone.

During our mission we have met zoner captain on ship which callsign was "OSI-Greenwich". Recieve order from agent "Blackjack" make a cargo check I didn't find anything special, just a transport with full cargo hold of Iridium, and we let him pass through jump hole.

During our mission we also have met zoner captain on ship which callsign was "[MFE]~Penicillin" who identify herself as Doctor Isabella Saito (further - Doctor), head of the MFE Psycological Divison. She was carry medical equipment on her ship which firstly we recognized as a miner ship but Doctor explained this is modified mobile laboratory. Get order from agent "Blackjack" I made a cargo check. On question where she head with taht cargo, asked by agent " E\V/-OCV-Baal", Doctor said, further straight words: "oh just over to Freeport 11. Its our Usual Patrole Route between Baffin and Delta." When check and question part was end we let Doctor continue her way. Soon after end of check Doctor I have to returned back back on Dabadoru Station to complete another tasks, about what I was warned by internal communication.

FIRE SHOOTING CONFLICT DURING OPERATION ANTI-SMUGGLING COMPANY

During night shift duty on 08/07/835 I, Ernest Willner, according instructions take my place on post near jump hole to system Sigma-17. Firstly everything was calm, I've met captain of frigate, SHI 1800 "Raba" Hogosha Frigate, identified as one of the "Hogosha" with callsign "Houseki". Captain carry full cargo of platinum and I've let him pass through jump hole. After that I've met Corsairs, members of The Brother Hood, firstly it was ship, class Corsair "Praefect" Cruiser, with callsign "Isabella[TBH]" who's captain on my ask to stop for cargo check immediately started act aggressively. Mine attempts negotiate and deal with situation in peaceful way was not successed. Situation very fast growth into critical when more of Corsairs ships, also belongs to The Brother Hood but also from The Deterrence whose in majority was on capital ships, "Botafogo[TBH]","DTR-Hares","Cazadora[TBH]","CNS-Excubitor", they start their attempting to provoke me and make me leave my post.

Our conversation was interrupted by vessel belongs, according transponder, to Core with callsign "Reveranto" which cargo stock was full with Xeno Relics. Soon on help to me come order agents from Eclipse Vanguard on ship with callsign "E\V/-OCV-Omniscient" and Hades Brigade on ships with callsigns "34th|Rogue" and "34th|Pakhet". Unfortunately problems only increased and we met Hogosha convoy consisting of transport ship, with callsign "<|>Katsujima-Maru" whose cargo was full of Xeno Relics and two other ships which can't be recognized due corruption of data except of their callsigns " <|>Umitaka-Nk" and "<|>Ishigaki-Mf". They use this situation between order agents and corsairs to pass through jump hole. I have decided to stop transport ship and follow it to Sigma-17. In the Sigma-17 they, convoy, not only ignored my demand to stop and drop relics, but even open fire first with clear thoughts to kill me. Some corsairs followed after me and during the fight between me and Hogosha convoy only burn the fire of conquest. In not equal fight, where I defend myself, I have to retreat back into Omicron Theta to other agents.

When I have returned Core vessel already was empty, but Xeno Relics was found inside military ships of Corsairs. Other Agents demand to drop relics immediately while I have to go on emergency repair of ship to Corfu Base. When I left Orinoco Cloud Corsairs open fire to Order agents, soon during the battle to us joined vessel with callsign "Spear.Excelsis". When emergency repair of my ship was end I have returned back to position where fight has began. Unfortunately enemy have superiority in ship power and agents, and other people who helped us, ships was blown one by one. First was "E\V/-OCV-Omniscient" ship, after "Spear.Excelsis" and mine own "34th|Constanta". I've manage to catapult from ship before it was explode. We lost, and during the battle there only more and more reinforcements for example from ships with callsigns "CNS-El.Matador", "DTR-Caido.Zoner" and etc. Corsairs clearly wouldn't like to cooperate with order agents in topic about Alien Relics since they straight said "Those relics belong to the Imperio".

OMICRON THETA WATCH - 11/07/835

On July 11, 835, myself and agents of the 34th Brigade (Raven, Constanta, Pakhet, and Rogue) went on day watch in the Omicron Theta system, tasked with monitoring the movements of ships carrying Xeno Relics. A secondary mission was to assist the engaged Order forces in the system and gather information for the crew of the cruiser Mafdet.

At 10:48 we rendezvoused with the Hogosha frigate "Tottori", which had previously been seen in a July 7 engagement against our ships interrupting Xeno Relics traffic. Since the ship was only mentioned in the report, but not labeled as aggressively hostile, I decided to interrogate the captain to establish the exact details of his being in Sigma-17 4 days ago. The captain refused to answer questions and attempted to leave the scene of the interrogation, which prompted the use of a weapon against the suspect. During the battle, the ship made an emergency docking at Corfu Station and never appeared in the system again.

The next encounter was with the Corsairs gunboat - "Obliviate" - at 15:23. Gunboat captain was previously aggressive towards the Order agents, and so an order was given for the immediate use of weapons, resulting in the destruction of the enemy vessel. All further encounters with ships in Omicron Theta were basically a typical hold check for Relic smuggling. Most of the ships checked were not carrying suspicious cargo, with the exception of another Hogosha vessel - "Tamu_Serrano", whose captain first attempted to flee the scene of the detention, and then - was shot down by our forces. A photo of the destruction of the Xeno Relic is also attached.

Additionally, attached to the report is a fleeting encounter with a Gammu AI ship that was headed for Omega-41 and ignored our forces. Since our mission was to prevent the smuggling of Xeno Relics, I ordered to ignore that ship and get back on higher priority tasks.

P.S.: During the operation, a "Catalyst-1" agent arrived, using the Defender and justifying his choice as what he got as a newly minted agent of the Order. As the Defender is not suited for Omicron flight, I hereby request Brigade HQ provide him a more suitable vessel. From my perspective, I note that the agent is competent, despite his first steps in the Order, and is capable of more complex tasks.

OMICRON THETA WATCH - 13/07/835

On July 13, 835 A.S., I, together with agents of the 34th Brigade (Blackjack, Rogue, and Constanta), conducted a day watch in the Omicron Theta system. Our main objectives were to monitor ships potentially carrying Xeno Relics, support Order forces, and gather intelligence for the Mafdet crew.

During the operation, we encountered OCV-Set at the Kappa Jump Hole. We had been notified by the Mafdet crew that OCV-Set was entering Order capital space and required escort. We met him as planned and escorted him safely.

We also identified a suspected vessel, Privateer-(S93), moving from Sigma-17 to Corfu. The ship was using Bounty Hunters Guild (BHG) IFF codes, docked at Corfu Station, and ignored all communication attempts. Due to this behavior, I recommend that it be flagged for further interrogation and monitoring.

Later, agent 34th|Procurant also came and helped us with the encountered Outcast battleship MNS-Arrosa near the Sigma-17 cloud. OCV-Set engaged the target first, and we provided support in the battle. The hostile vessel was successfully destroyed, and visual evidence of its elimination is attached to this report.

OPERATION #835-6, COVERT WING WITHDRAWAL

As the report's date says, on the 19/07/835 covert wing, deployed on Freeport-5, Omega-41, returned as an internal order implied.

All agents, that participated in data collection and recon operations returned separately, I was the last one. All of us reported to cruiser Mafdet, orbiting Pygar, confirmation will be attached to the report and granted on demand from the Mafdet itself.

Civillian ships were left on Corfu base and secured by fellow agents untill need in them appears again. All participants were granted Order-flagged vessels and are ready for further duty.

That concludes first part of the operation. Report regarding the second part will be provided by Lieutenant Lex Hale upon combat wing's arrival at Corfu base.

OMEGA DEPLOYMENT SUMMARY AND TRANSFER TO CORFU


This report covers the results of Alpha group's deployment in the Omega sector, our activity within it, and the following transfer back to the Omicron region to Corfu Station. After our arrival at Freital, the group had some time to rest. Shortly after, our Hessian allies shared all relevant and known information about the Omega systems, including data already familiar to us. Our patrol routes covered the following systems: Omega-11, Omega-5, Omega-48, Omega-3, Omega-7, Omega-55, and Omega-41. Most patrols were planned to cover these systems in a single operation. During the patrols, no suspicious activity was detected. Towards the end of the deployment, I moved to Omega-41 and continued patrol duties near Freeport-5 and the Omicron Theta Jump Hole. My main objective was scanning arriving and departing vessels for contraband—primarily artifacts, also known as Xeno Relics. The operation proceeded without incidents. All ships transiting the area appeared clean and showed no signs of hostility.

When details for Operation #835-6 was received, I contacted Agents Menhit and Alpha to begin preparations for departure. Once confirmation came that other group had arrived at Corfu, we received an update: Agent Alpha would make his way to Corfu separately to check if we had been tailed. With our ships ready, on July 19th, Agent Menhit and I departed Freital and set course for Omicron Theta. The flight was spent in radio silence. No unusual activity was noticed. After entering Theta, we were met by agents Blackjack, O'Reily and Hastur, they escorted us to Corfu and briefed us on the situation in the system. After docking, we were finally able to rest and prepare to join other agents.

This concludes my report on the Omega deployment and the execution of Operation #835-6.

OMICRON THETA PUNITIVE OPERATIONS, WITHDRAWAL TO OMICRON DELTA

According to internal orders and the ones broadcasted to the forces, involved in Omicron Theta blockade, me and my wing docked out of Corfu base in search of smugglers and other hostile targets.

In time of our patrol, a Consul-class Corsair Battlecruiser was spotted, flagged as "DTR-CNS>Fabricius". The honors of stopping the vessel goes to the pilot of "Knight". Then, wing proceeded to the followed order: to destroy the said battlecruiser. The fight was won with three bomber-class snubcraft vessels and no losses among engaged agents.

As the destruction/serious damage, crippling the ship was confirmed, every agent reported of their status and returned to the base of operations.

Later that day, snubcraft wing deployed at Corfu base made their go for Dabadoru station, as the new orders commanded. For the my responsibilities - I hereby report of agents "Alpha" and "Raven" return to Dabadoru station. Agent "Menhit" is coming back shortly, as he stayed for covering the retreat of personnel, ordered to move out as well.

OPERATION #835-7, GUERRERO CLOUD ANALYSIS

As this report is a part of series of messages regarding latest operation in the Vespucci system it will conclude the analysis of mentioned Guerrero Asteroid Cloud. It's traversed parts, to be precise.

For convinience, the topics of this report will be divided as a list, in chronological order, same to as our wing have found them. The condition of mentioned wrecks, as well as their capability to become repairing materials or facts of the necessity of destruction of said objects will be provided in upcoming reports.

Note: additional information, flagged as "UPD:" is gathered in conversations with the Hellfire Legionnairs themselves. The circumstances of this coversation will be reflected in my next report.

  • The first thing that came to our sight, as well as the part of our main goal, was the Battlecruiser "Triton". As the database digging said, this vessel was the last to fall under Liberty's attack. Though the vessel itself was critically damaged, it became the rock which was found by Liberty's scythe. "Delaware" and it's formation, leaders of Vespucci incursion, were defeated in that engagement, leaving the "Ohio" to finish the insurgents off.

    That history lesson leaves us with some questions and theories on their answers.

    At first, why did the "Triton" chose to stay at the Guerrera Cloud? At the first glance, this battlecruiser practically put itself in a corner, since retreating into the cloud would prove strategically wrong. "Triton's" captain proved themselves a master of his craft, since facing off the bigger numbers and getting out of it victorious, both practically and ideologically, even in death, certainly is impressive.

    Second, why "Triton" didn't participate in the fight near planet Veracruz and Marshall Station? It seemed, that the main battle happened right there, so what was the reasoning behind placing a battlecruiser that far away? Of course, they might have retreated to the point when there was no place to retreat further. Yet I doubt that this cohesive crew and their idealistic captain would've ran from the fight in the first place.

    UPD: I was told, that placing "Triton" near the Cloud was a tactical decision, so it can use the asteroids to throw off bigger ships from being locked in on it.


  • The second wreck we ran into in this cloud was the "Avarice", a CSV vessel. As scans very reading, it was shot with Hellfire Legion's weaponry, though it was not clear enough, not to mention uncertainty of when it happened, either back in the days of the Insurgency or that is more of a fresh wreckage. One thing is close enough to be certain - this wreck is left as a warning. From whom - that is still in question, yet that it is meant for trespassers - is obvious.

    UPD: Now it is more certain, that this wreck is old. Old enough to date back to Insurgency's rebellion. So it indeed served as a warning and serves as one to this day.


  • The third and the last object of interest that we have seen - is anomaly of some sort. We have yet to determine it's nature and it's properties, so there's not much analysis I can provide by now, as well as regarding the jumphole nearby. Now it is nothing more than being ominous and open to interpretation.

    UPD: On the Legionnairs' information it has grown in some details. They mentioned, that both the anomaly and the jumphole have appeared in the cloud relatively not too long ago, presumably - after the so-called Blackout. They stated that no exploration nor studying were conducted on it yet.


If at the moment of starting to write that report I was tending to suppose, that there is, or, rather, was something to this cloud, now I am reassured, that there is something out there. The way rumours were surrounding Guerrero, as well as paired with common sense about thinking of how and where did the so-called Insurgency has built their ships, it was easy to assume that some kind of a drydock is hidden behind asteroids and metallic dust. As something more to this - the reaction of Legionnaires I have met, insisting that I should turn around from that cloud, and the reasoning behind it - the analogy of defending the secrecy of something important, mentioning shipbuilding and repairing yards.

All of said theories, as well as Hellfire Legionnaires' words are up to debate and questioning, yet that is all I can provide and all that is open and known by far.

VESPUCCI PATROL

At the night time of 24/07/835, I have docked out from Atacama base with a patrol and recapturing image materials related to OPERATION #835-7.

To my arrival at planet Veracruz' orbit, I have witnessed to members of The Platform, a Bundschuh wing. the "Falkenhorst" Hel-class cruiser and pilot with a callsign "Crimson Veil". Desides them, there was a freelancer, "Lazurith", as his transponder said, as well as Golden Chrizantemums tagger ship "Blufin" which remained unresponsive.

Chatter with the platform members and the freelancer doesn't have any practical meaning, though it proved a couple of facts.
  • First - that "Lazurith" has some kind of AI onboard, the state of it's self-consiousness is in question, however.

  • Second - "Falkenhorst" also has an AI on board, as well as some experimental tech. The specifications remain unclear as of now.

Later in that run-in, two LSF agents showed up, seemingly non-hostile. I could not make a run away, so I resided to listening and talking.

That tactic proved worthy, as one of the agents, signed as "Able Arrow", provided some interesting intel. It was said, that in the north of Kepler system a "Valkyrie" was found, bearing serial numbers dating back to 800 AS with a dead infected inside of it. Though no blackbox data was provided, a hint was made about the systems, closed off by the Blackout. As this agent metioned, an infected ship was found in the north, as well as the safe path, marked by the glowing energy eruptions.

In the time being, an AI "named" "Cantor" which was loaded into a C5V-33 Scanner Drone appeared. It seemed harmless and not affiliated to any party, yet, as far as I can tell, sentient.

Then, three Technocracy / Task Force Prometheus flagged vessels arrived: HFGB - "Dance For Me" as the "Inquisitor" gunboat, HFF - "Sender" as "Grendel" frigate and a pilot callsigned "Rooibos" on a "Lich" very heavy fighter.

Those LSF agents and TFP legionnaires had a conversation, regarding Vespucci's history and, surprisingly, parted their ways peacefully.

On my way to Guerrero Cloud, so I can get my tracks off Atacama base, I was stopped by HFGB - "Dance For Me" and HFF - "Sender". With no means to fight, I, again, resided to conversation.

That provided me some data, as well as confirmations for the theories described in my previous report. That includes:
  • TFP legionnaires are, indeed, connected to and allied with Technocracy.

  • There was and, looking at how their reaction of me closing up on Guerrero Cloud, still is something saved from Liberty's incursion in that cloud. Probably - a drydock, or a station, given the analogy that one of the legionnaires suggested to me.

In return for this information, I was asked a couple of questions back. First - of would I "concieve of a non-human intelligence that isn't hostile". Couldn't get any particular information from their reaction after answering satisfactory. Then, I was asked about the connection with those LSF agents. The answer was of, shortly, "that is about a turned-down investigation regarding Kepler and some old Valkyrie wreck", not giving out much detail. This answer seemingly satisfied them, as we parted ways in peace.
