It's definatley the style of ship I could see the Admins working from, as characters obviousley. very threatning but almost democratic at the same time.

Personally, I don't like the design. But that's just my personal taste, and it might change once I see it with textures. It looks like a very good model none the less.
Since this of alien design, perhaps the look of the Biodome should vary more from what the Man-made Biodomes look like. I think that would help make the model appear much more alien.
And in my opinion, the wings look too much like aeroplane wings than spaceship wings. It makes me question the function of them, particularly the fore-wings, which don't seem like they belong at all.

What makes you think that the ships used by alien races would be radically different from ours ? There isn't any reason that they should or shouldn't be similar to human ships.
I must agree, the dome is a bit oversized, but it looks fine otherwise.

I don`t care which alien race used this tub. I command them to get their fat, exctinct arses back to Sirius so we can shoot them and nick their ships for our use.
