Perhaps the person accused didn't break a rule. However we don't discuss sanctions in game or on the forums. They are done in private in order to protect those wrongly accused.

It's too hard a transition for me to come from a private RP server where the population is smaller but the quality of roleplay is greater... I do not know how many times I have typed it out about this supposed massive conspiracy that is going on, so eh, I think I will make a pre-written blanket post which I can stick anywhere that someone accuses someone else of being a conspiracy theorist or accuses them of claiming a conspiracy is taking place.
Regardless, re-iteration of the basic fact, an accusation of bias is not an accusation of a conspiracy. (At least however, no tin foil hat spam, yet, on your part or any other people's part.)
Also, if you cannot disprove what I said, do not try to alternatively label me as a conspiracy theorist to discredit the text in my post.

Ok I have sat this one out long enough. As we move to conspiracy theories and how in-rp cursing should be allowed, I think most of you are missing the facts of the matter.
First to the ramming. Yes I rammed you. A few times, but a few things to note about it, first you were in a transport as was I, but you knew the no ramming rule wll enough to tell me OOC, and to tell me you were filing a sanction report on me, but I find it hard to believe you know the rule so well but didnt actually read the whole thing. For those of you who dont know the rule so well I will post 5.4 here.

So the little underlined portion should let you know where the problem is, you see, the reason I didnt not get sanctioned for ramming you is that I didnt break any rules. Aside from that, the ramming didnt take place during a combat situation, so it wasnt affecting your aim or combat ability. So really, this is just sour grapes and rule lawyering. How was me ramming you detrimental to game play? It wasnt, you just wanted to get someone sanctioned because you didnt like that you got stopped. Me ramming you didnt hurt gameplay at all, but you just had to file that report, even if it had been technically against the rules, it did not harm you in any way, so where is the problem in your opinion?
Now on the other hand, your man told me to F**K off pretty clearly, and let me tell all of you something, it wasnt in any kind of role play context, I told him to stop he said F**k off. It was also the only thing the player said during the entire encountered. So please people, lets not try to make this about cursing inrp or what should and should not be allowed, because as soon as we say that telling someone to F**k off, is at any time ok by server rules, is the day that I pack up and leave this community. I have had members of my factions and people that I play the game with that are as young as 12. There are children playing here, you could have been telling a child to F**k off. Is that really ok with anyone on this server? If it is, I think whoever says yes needs to consider whether this is the right gaming community for you.
