The problem is not cap ships.. the problem is the people who fly it. Honestly, you think the ganking will end if there are no capships? The people will just become more and more clever in how they do it.
Don't blame the tool if it cuts your hand off. Its the fault of the operator.

what really would be nice is the "no more capital ship" parade coming in from California. then, coming in from Texas, the "more capital ships" (consisting of nothing smaller than cruisers) parade. they meet in manhattan orbit for the final showdown. the loser must build a shire for the winner.

I don't have a date in mind yet, I think we have enough people.
Are there any more suggestions or tweaks to this event before I post up a date? I want to avoid most/all combat events on weekends.
