a quick comparison shot to show size difference. as you can see, the platform is substantially bigger than its Sirrian counterpart.

Gurj, i finished making your turret model usable ingame, and here are the SSs:

Here they are on the BH BS. You can adjust the size with FlModelTool to your liking.

Here i replaced a gun model with the turrets, so you can see they are selectable on the hud.

Dead man switches? Some poor sap pulls defence duty, so they stick a guy in the platform with enough food and stuff to last him a few days. They tell him to keep his thumbs on the buttons until the onboard computer picks up enemies, at which point he lets go of the switches and the guns go operational. Also, if the platform is destroyed, the switches have still been released, so the neighboring platforms go operational too.

Also, awesome models. Now work on the stations!:P

much that i like ego boosting posts such as yours, can you stop spamming 1 liners in every dev thread? its really annoying.

This. Completely unconstuctive comments are burdening down many development threads. I have been guilty of this myself.

Two have been hidden from this thread. More will follow if the practice continues. -DL
