If you have to trade with Slaves, Cardamine and other things that piss the good guys off, don't complain if they come after you. Do you really think you should be safer then your everyday's trader you pirate along the lanes? Risk is part of that business, be greatful for all that chances for good RP and cool chases/fights you get.
It has ben discussed before, with the outcome that Freelancers and Mercs can demand your cargo if they have been contracted to do so.
Bounty Hunters can demand your illegal stuff ayway.
Oh, and before there is another whining-thread, there is the ZAS too, who can and will take your Slaves.

Before you complain here on the forums look at your own behaviour. Most Slavers i've met (In both my Freelancer and ZAS chars) start pm-ing with either whining, rule lawyering or threatening you the very moment they are being stopped, not even waiting for RP being initiated. If you actually would try to RP with us, wou'd know what we are doing, and why we are doing it.
Annoying us will just get you blown up really fast, cutting your and our fun, with the very same result. If you just say 'kill me its cheaper' go play another game.
However, after all this ranting, i want to say thank you to all these decent players i have met out there too. Especially you Quorg, it was great fun to chase you and great fun to talk to you before blowing you to bits :P If all Smugglers were like you, our job would be much more fun.
