Hmmm, about the blowing up transports thing, the GRN ID states that we can demand that ships drop their cargo and leave Gallia, and we can blast them if they refuse. I'll get the exact wording later today. I do see your point about the whole intercepting torpedoes though. I guess I'll just hang out with other GRN guys.

Can destroy traders in Gallia who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that the Gallic Royal House is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Gallia.
Can trade and escort traders
Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Gallia
Can destroy any Gallic Royal Police vessel caught pirating
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except the Junkers
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
Cannot use any Liners except the Prison Liner
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Liners, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

By some logic Battleships should represent the factions Pride and highest tech ship avalible
so if other caps can have it,why not BS?

Imagine buying a bentley car without servo wheel...

taking into consideration this fact:

When flying the Osiris, normally a good pilot Cruises too the pilot and get 3k Away from it therefore giving the Osiris a chance to beat the other Battleship.

If BS's had CD's the Osiris would be CD'd and then get smashed too bits, therefore rendering it useless.

Osiris depends on the 3k advantage to have a fighting chance,
Without it, its lost.

You're talking now about yourself...Don't fly a Osiris then,if that is the only way for you to kill other battleship

CDs are extremely effective in fleet battles. Why shouldn't a battleship have one? Everything from a cruiser to a light fighter can thrust away if disrupted, and the no capship cargo interdiction rule stops any abuse.

What would be the point of giving them one?

Even if you do CD them they're still the single slowest ships in the game, there is no way in hell it will be able to catch anything.
