With that example of the KNF, and this is just an example and it doesn't really say were planning on asking the Bretonians for contracts, what we hope to do is set a contract for several months at a time. Nearing the end of time, the people who we work for can choose to either renew the contract or just let it die. By the time it would end Kusari would hate us, therefore we would most likely move elsewhere, putting more ships into other contracts.
After a few months we would move back to Bretonia and offer them another contract.

That Destroyer will not be requested for a long long time, and I hope it is thought of as it's own ship instead of a Zoner Destroyer. Although I will request the blueprints for the Destroyer and role-play our engineers altering it for our own needs.

Contracts could be made permanent, until a time when they no longer want/require our services and cut it off. But people should be given the option to only make them temporary aswell, and then renew it if they still want the contract after. Renewing every few months is also a good chance to update the terms of the contracts.

However, you did kill 80 Kusari pilots, I don't think the Kusari government would be to amused...don't you think? If anything they'll perhaps label you an enemy as well.

And it seems the thread in the employment office I made was just locked by mwerte. OSI had a recruitment thread in the employment office whilst they were un-official, but I guess it is because we have not yet started the process of becoming official, including paying the 500 million credit startup fee.
