Sorry mate but technically speaking the only difference in nationality between the aussies and the bretonians is the accent. But i'd perhaps suggest joining a bretonian unlwaful faction with an aussie character. It may be a big piece of the continental pie but thats not really the basis for a whole new civilisation.

Headquarters as Dundee would be nice...but last I checked there's a war going on around there. Might be a bit dangerous with Kusari and Bretonnia at each other's throats.
EDIT: Sorry to counter your bubble-bursting, but they are actually quite different. Any Aussie could tell ya that...or, I would assume, any Brit.

Hey guys, i am Aussie. I think it would be nice to have a system or section of Sirius we could own. but at the same time i feel that people Rping us will end up to be a joke .... actually now i think about it... it will proberly make me laugh alot ... in saying that .. i don't think it would be taken seriously

Anyway, I would think that the ANZACers would've gone on the Bretonia ship, being part of the Commonwealth and all, so now they would be mixed with the Bretonians. I would also guess there is no "full blooded ANZAC" left, or at least very few of them left in sirius.

I do distinctly remember reading in a news article in the beta version a mention that the Aussie sleeper ship was destroyed.
I screenshotted it...then deleted it. Damn shame, too.
Still, us being on the Pom ship works a lot easier.

i'm against any radical history rewriting RP for any of this, but i think i small faction inside bretonia comprised of people from the same timezone would work out well.
There's really no need for an Australian backstory, create a different RP, an elite wing of bretonian intelligence, quasi-legal Racers from the Battleship Hood, etc.
Just make it a faction based on timezones, so it's easier to RP together, rather then waking up early to play with the American players

Also, non-British accent is fine. Have whatever accent you want. Have whatever origin you want.
