That was a misunderstanding... I mean common in Alpha you always see Outcast dreads fire shots at traders shields but nothing happens unfortunally for me Some guy being a twat deicded his goal was to sanction everyone he could and i not talk to me so i could reason...

The things is Outcasts and Corsairs can shoot on traders, on RP bases, in Alpha and Gamma respectively.
A LNS, can't shoot on traders, unless, if they are from Rheinland (Rheinland Corporation ID), and they are carrying cargo, and they refuse to drop it when you demand it.
In any other scenario, you can't shoot traders/smugglers/transports with your LNS.
