But yep, make the Rogue Dessie molly only, they got the money to get them, the rogues not so much. And it has no use for Rogues appart from defence, while mollies do have one which is attacking bretonian ships.

Actually, I've always wondered how these factions, which are pirate factions that number up to only a few tens-of-thousands strong (In-RP and NPC terms, not PC terms) can afford to build and pilot battleships equal to the battleships churned out by, say, the Liberty Navy, with all of Liberty's huge economic strength and numbers behind it.

I agree, why do the Liberty Rogues and Mollys need a Destroyer? My answer to this is because they can have one. Because people could make them one.
I say they don't need one, but I would be happier if they did have one.
