Now I'm usually quite tolerant of pirates, they are part of the day to day operations nightmare of a large

to this end enjoy the hospitality and good graces of the House Military Factions. For this we give our aid
to any of the four that require it.
As Kusari is your target, I shall be ordering the Epsilon escort Wing to join forces, when requested, with
the KNF to rid them of your interference. This also goes for anyone you feel the need to call in as back-up,
regardless of who they see fit to ally with at the time.
Said single individuals may also find themselves, the subject of ongoing bounty negotiations in the future.
The Dragons may have the support of certain Outcast individuals currently, but if you care to read up in
the biography section of this here forum, you will find one or two bits of possibly surprising information
regarding a certain larger Outcast contingent and its roots and allegencies. They enjoy their own agenda,
and are a little touchy about individuals rocking the boat at this time, when it comes to being dragged into
other things.

I am not happy at all!
I am getting sick and tired of my members breaking the server rules. I am hearing dock killing....I am hearing abuse....and un-called for attacks!!

These are the following nessecary changes!
- All members exept for the heads of the faction and experienced pilots can only fly a Gunboat or lower! This is because the power of a Talarca Cruiser is being abused! And so called QUOTE: "noobs" are attacking people for no reason!
-All members must ask to have a ship...A fighter is supplied. If you wish to change that. PM me or one of the heads!
And finally! For now! nobody is to attack anyone unless they are deliberatly attacked untill this is settled down.
You are not to cause a fight until I can get this problem under raps. If KNF is crossed in chugoku...by all means fire at them. But don't look for a fire fight!
If I find other members abusing the Blood Dragon power and breaking laws I will have them decommisioned there and then!
