well, I gues capspam is everywhere then.
corsairs have capspam. outcasts have capspam. Order has capspam. Liberty has capspam.
still, it also depnds on who`s spamming the caps. if they are properly used/rp-ed. it isn`t so bad. problem is, there are a lot of lulwutters out there.
