Docking and staying in Theta while hostile to AW would be system camping. Any other Zoner station would be fine, but Theta is watched by AW and is one of their main bases of operation.

Actually I retract parts of my statments. I remember a few fighter battles. But its hard to count ships when your fighting a faction with 4 active members. Hahaha. We're a bit larger then that now. Anyway, back to the warring. Oh btw ooc: good fight Dab and I am sorry if I was guilty of system camping.

I refute that position Firebird. They may watch over the system but only own the Guard. They used bases within California, which we watched, so we may in Theta.

Well, that's because we used an Rogues base. If you're warring against a Zoner faction, ya can't really dock on their bases. Not my fault there aren't Lib Navy bases in Theta.

They are not Zoner's and their own words refutes this stance, "We are a militaristic mercenary group, and enemies of the Phantoms. We are mostly unlawful and as such, have clashes with house factions regularly. Our expertise is war, and we have much experience in such. We operate as allies of the Zoners and peace-keepers of Omicron Theta."
So, in their own words they are not Zoners. So they should not get this special rule.

For the record, it isn't the Zoners who are at war, but the Asgard Warriors.
The word Zoner and War cannot go together in the context presented in Freelancer, which is why the Asgard Warriors aren't Zoners.
I suspect Dab would say something else, but I think I'll leave it at that.
