You see a man looking out of a landing bay. He's standing near a brand new Greyhound, a spray paint can in his hand.

He takes out a little list. He reads it through, furrowing his brow. Finally, he just puts it away.
"*Sigh* Too many choices. I wonder what Danny 'll think of it. Hell, I wonder when I'll actually meet the guy."
He looks again at the radiation raging outside. It's several long minutes before he starts talking again.
"Stranded on a Zoner base....Guess it's better than Junkers...."
The man casually looks to the side. You see a Rogue insignia on his jacket.
"What the-? WHO PUT THAT THING ON?!"

An android and a rather elderly man sit at a table, a chessboard laid out before them. The elderly gentleman tugs at his white beard, his hand hovering over the white queen. The machine watches with vividly blue eyes that track his quivering hand.
The man sighs and picks up his knight, moving it to the left very slowly. "Check mate..." He says softly. The machine just stares at the board.
It looks up at him, speaking very softly, "You cheating bastard...." It gets up and walks away.

Lieutenant Razin swore as he toggled the myriad of switches arraying the cockpit of his coalition fighter, trying in vain to get the power back online.
The ionstorm came out of nowhere, stripping his shields and causing the shutdown of his primary power systems.
Shields were down, and his engines disabled, leaving him to drift through space.
Life support was online, barely, and his flight computer remained on, useless now without any systems to monitor and the impossibility to transmit any distress calls through the raging storm.
Stenka Razin laughed at the robust coalition technology, long after the Oxygen in his fighter is run out the computers will still be working, sending their automatic updates, beep: still dead.
Stripping off his heavy coalition jacket, he bunched it behind his head trying to get comfortable, he was going to be here a while.

the ship had sacrring along her hull parts looked as if she was painted black her sensitive equipment was sheilded but for the most part hr crew was with bare standard liveing conditions ,they had been at battlestations for the entire duration radation sickness luckly hadent affected any of them other than minorly her along with a dreadnaught were sheilding an asortmewnt of gunboats and various crruisers and smaller craft from the brunt of the storm
"is it over?" jim asked stareing out into the collection of ships
"yues sir we can power back up internal unsheilded systems and weve sheilded the remainder of vital sections " replyed her kusarian engineere
