The Black Sails - Jongleur - 11-30-2009 I dunno why you guys are harping about the grammar.. It might not be how a native English speaker/writer would word everything but I didn't find any of it hard to understand in the least. The Black Sails - Zelot - 11-30-2009 I would just like to make clear here, The Osiris is both a Corsair and an Order ship. The Brotherhood shipyards in O-91 build the Osiris, and the Osiris was produced by the Corsairs before it was ever produced by the Order. The Admin notice you posted does not deal with the Osiris. Hopefully you all can understand my grammer, but I suspect you understood what Grimly and Karol's said, you just want to try and speak down to them. The Black Sails - ProwlerPC - 11-30-2009 Don't worry the grammar mistakes won't get your idea thrown in the bucket but it will need to be proofed before being put into the official faction status. Although this is an English speaking server we probably have more players who's first language isn't English then those whose are. Many may already have some difficulty reading as it is so it's to the benefit of all that it's in clear and consice English to avoid less confusion. As for the Black Sails, I am glad to see that there was an immediate move by the players to ensure the niche is filled after the OPG left. Active Corsairs is a staple of Discovery and has become prominant in the RP of many of my chars so I need all you guys in order to exist on here. Majority of you all know the reponsibilities of being a faction and have watched it evolve with the rest of us. And you guys have your "don't flame us" shields up like any good gov't press secretary has to swat away the commoner's commentary. Guys are already pretty much almost all set. Hope to see you in space. :) The Black Sails - DarthCloakedGuy - 11-30-2009 ' Wrote:I would just like to make clear here, The Osiris is both a Corsair and an Order ship. The Admin notice you posted does not deal with the Osiris.Yes, I can understand your grammar. I had no idea the Osiris was a Corsair ship too, thought it was just Order. Well, that takes care of Gripe #3. And Grimly, I don't have any problem with you personally, other than that I just wish you would slow down a little and type legibly. OPG left a big hole. I'm glad someone's stepping in to fill it. The Black Sails - jammi - 11-30-2009 It'll be more than a little weird hearing Vilkas being referred to as a Buccaneer during your raids on Bretonia, but meh... Just a rank name I guess. Which brings me to the topic of Buccaneers. Next time you go pirating, please can you ensure your L.O.S.T buddies stay at home? They're liabilities and lost you five million credits. It's just a rank name. L.O.S.T. guys are cool, like other cool indies, like HAF, but that would be OT to talk about. The Black Sails - Ceoran - 11-30-2009 You are aware that pirating Kusari corporations might shatter your friendship with the Hogosha and Farmers? As well as pirating within Kusari would? The Black Sails - Grimly - 11-30-2009 ' Wrote:It'll be more than a little weird hearing Vilkas being referred to as a Buccaneer during your raids on Bretonia, but meh... Just a rank name I guess.I know about this incident, but we can't know when indies comes. We were supposed to be the two titans you saw, without this gunboat. Quote:You are aware that pirating Kusari corporations might shatter your friendship with the Hogosha and Farmers? As well as pirating within Kusari would? 1. Kishiro/Samura are far to be our friends. They don't bring us food. 2. Since we pirate in the sigmas and in the clouds of Honshu, we still respect the restrictions set by the Hogosha+Farmers/Corsairs Don't worry, we're still aware of the problems we can have or not. The Black Sails - Ceoran - 11-30-2009 Who ask for being friends? But you actually should be neutral to them for not to upset you friends in Kusari. As well as you should be to the rest of the Kusari lawfuls for fighting a common enemy. And to enlighten you a little bit: Where do you think the food shipped to you was grown? in the Hogosha or in the Farmer depot? Or maybe on the Samura farms on Kyushu? Now consider Kusari politics and try to imagine what happens with your food shipments if you upset Samura too much. The Black Sails - ... kur nubÄ—go? - 11-30-2009 We won't pirate within Kusari. Only if some loltrader would jump to Kusari to escape. Now sigmas are quite a wilderness. And is not Kusari's ZoI. A bit far from their reach and their interests. To blame corsairs for pirating them there would be the same as blame Liberty for not controling their rogues in their space. Besides. Corsairs - Kusari aren't allied. Rather neutral - unfriendly. Corsairs do not pirate there becouse of hogosha. And to not pick up agressive stance agianst Kusari becouse they fight war vs Bretonia (Which is priority target expecialy Cambrige) for corsairs. And holds of outcast expansion into tau's . Well perhaps it do not touches the Corsairs directly but helps to fight and weaken Outcast influence. They are not friendly. Therefor - avalibe for piracy outside Kusari space. Well of course Samura might get softer treatment. The majority of food comes from zoners. Not Kusari. And to make a littile tip. Hogosha are dependent on Corsair military power. Not Corsairs dependet on kusari hogosha/farmer alliance. (Check hogosha info card) Ofcourse they make huge input into the Corsair common wealth, but it is not leathal to our exsistance. |
