They shouldn't be on Helgoland, I can't immediately think of somewhere else to sell them, but Helgoland is -not- the place. (A Junker base, maybe?)

And where will they get plutonium from? They can buy it from Okinawa, but have it... I doubt it. Besides. They are devices, not warheads if i'm not mistaken. But I could be.
Either way... I'm just sad its not high risk commodity anymore

As far as I know there was a plan to supply ALG with a new commodity to produce Plutonium from. I don't know if I am allowed to tell you more. But trust me, this is been worked on.
