Wiki Notice: Player Characters - Birdtalon - 03-19-2010 Yeh. I know all the stuff I want on there. I just need to know all the codes and stuff. That link helps. Thanks. Wiki Notice: Player Characters - stewcool - 03-19-2010 Should I rearrange them by last name haha they started out first name...I can always waste my life changing it to last >.< Wiki Notice: Player Characters - Dashiell - 04-04-2010 I'm going to proof once again that I am a complete computer illiterate. I have NO clue how to make a wiki page. I need to make a page about a specific ship. but how does that work? I've never worked with wiki before. Is there a step by step guide? Any help is appriciated.:) Wiki Notice: Player Characters - Alex. - 04-05-2010 ' Wrote:I'm going to proof once again that I am a complete computer illiterate.Hmm. A lot of people have been asking this recently. Perhaps we need to make a guide for it. I'll talk to you on skype about it when I've finnished off what I'm doing.:) Wiki Notice: Player Characters - Vogel - 04-05-2010 ' Wrote:I'm going to proof once again that I am a complete computer illiterate. The easy way is to break open an existing page, copy it over to the new one, and just fill in the details. I'm sure there's parts more complex than that but it's a start. Wiki Notice: Player Characters - tansytansey - 04-05-2010 There are buttons which pretty much do all the formatting stuff for you. It's not difficult, just edit a page and hover your mouse over the button to read the description about what it does. It's not like it's serious coding or anything, it's really simple. I taught myself how to do it. It's no more difficult than using BBcode on a forum. Wiki Notice: Player Characters - rayne - 04-13-2010 Here is Julia Wolfe's entry. How does it look, constructive criticisms welcome. http://www.discoveryfl.com/wiki/index.php?title=Julia_wolfe Wiki Notice: Player Characters - tazuras - 04-13-2010 ' Wrote:Here is Julia Wolfe's entry. You could squeeze a few more links in there as well, perhaps to the LSF player faction and maybe one to the kind of ship she first flew. But yeah, overall, very nice. I was half asleep when I did it. The first ship she flew was a battered old eagle. I would love to edit the =LSF= player faction but, dunno if its the same principal in doing a player. Basically the same principles apply, usually PF (player faction) pages are a reproduction of the status post, with perhaps more images and using the various templates the wiki provides. Some good examples are the Kiretsu Sentai Dageki page and the ICMG page (though they are not official. |
