Specop ID only lets you have unusual ships and techs.

The idea is ok and all. But you see, you will never be able to completely get away with comments such as:
"OMG LN Ship with Xeno weapons, report, report!"

Why? Because you are going to be playing in Liberty...

Mreh, Xeno techs are Red for both Pirate ID and Merc ID.
