Question.
Suppose someone offers a bounty on someone who has made a fair number of other enemies. Those enemies don't have enough credits to support a full bounty of the scale they'd like to, though. Could they pitch in less than 1mil per hit on someone who is already bountied for at least 1 mil per hit?
A more concrete example. General Yarr is bountied by the IMG| for multiple million credits per hit, so long as he's within Tau-23. Pretend for this example that there aren't other bounties on him. Minny the Miner was pirated by Yarr, and wants to support the efforts toward his demise- but Minny is somewhat poor, and doesn't want to spend too much in doing so. Could Minny put up a bounty on Yarr for, say, 200k per hit? If yes, would she have to specify that this bounty is only valid where he's already bountied for at least 1 mil?

Further to this, whats to stop me putting a bounty of 1m on Pete the Pierat, which means that he must be killed 20 times, which, in my drunken state, equates to 50k per kill?

UPDATE:
I am going through the bounty board now and deleting old bounties (those with more than 60 days since any activity or posts were made) or invising those large board bounties that no longer meet the minimum requirements.
So once again, please go through your bounties and update them. If you can no longer find your bounty - contact a moderator or admin to see if it has been invis'd or closed.
