Lane Hackers? Cool faction and they make you start out with a Dagger which is win.
Aritsan Farmers Alliance? Might be your style.
Gas Miners Guild? Cool faction, nice ships and guns + they get the Sigmas.
Junkers Congress? Faction with some really powerfull ships, not much PVP, lots of activitie and ZOI though

About the NTF: Nice idea BUT restriction of weapons is... meh.

Addendum: if you are going to be active only per 2 weeks on one char, faction leaders will most likely demand posting in message dump, thus you'll have to write report almost everyday.
More than that, you may not find any action for current char. Low percentage for this scenario, but meh...

Touche... EA really is PvP oriented and after a single encounter with Legion they left the same impression as EA so... sorru I R underlevel, I can't RP or join in RP for Legion:P
