You know what, I'll leave your story be. I'll leave you with some closing comments.
You have one Zoner faction leader and an ex Zoner faction leader who also is a Zoner developer telling you your story is a mess. Instead of telling us we are wrong, go fix it. 95% of your story isn't plausible and ignores the current in game/forum RP. Not to mention you are metagaming certain things and creating things to suit yourself.

You have my feed back. I enjoyed it as a work of fiction. It however won't float inRP. There are ton of plot holes and it conflicts with current Zoner RP. I'll leave it be as we all know you aren't going to listen to reason or bother fixing the plot holes or make it believable.

Its not an army per se, its original idea is a ship-board garisson. I remember (and so does Marvin) about certain Zoner leaders wanting to... "Storm" the ship and take out Marvin the hard way, The leaders are not as much as a reason to get this many bodyguards as the various groups that are diplomatically unfriendly/hostile to Marvin. Like that fun time I had with the RHA in Omega 11. Teehee. Things like that, you know. Hostile boarders.
