Oh I get it now. Sorry Sprolfeh, I know you bumped this for me. I withdrew myself from discovery a little for personal reasons... but with college ending, I should be more or less returning within the next few days... (though I expect to be perpetually intoxicated until commencement, so whether or not I will be pleasurable is yet to be seen.)

The Consortium still maintains diplomatic interests in Rheinland, the exact nature of which might have changed. I'm not entirely sure, you can contact me on Skype.
