No, its in the Dev forum, the OP asking for opinions.
Sprofl offered a good alternative, given the original idea was mostly rejected.
I put my support into that idea.
It'll be the amount of support Luis gets for the idea of a liner that will make him submit it as one, if he decides to go that way.
More support makes the decision easier.

Japan in WWII had some pretty awesome Carriers, and awesome planes that went along with it. Perhaps considering how the Kusari battleship overpowers the Bretonian one (correct me if I'm wrong), I don't mind seeing a light carrier class Kusari carrier. Besides, as they push deeper into Bretonian territory, they will need more mobile bases which can move around so that they can resupply and such, so I wouldn't be too surprised if a Kusari carrier was in the development within the KNF.

I'd say Liner before a Military ship.
It looks quite fancy and flashy, which isn't FL military style. They take the flashy and fancy and make it more ruggid and robust.
But definitely a nice ship.
