Server missions broken again.
Tried logging on and off. Nothing at waypoints and can't abort either.

- Server missions fixed now. Yay! I know exactly what caused it and it shouldn't happen again.
- Updated the /t, /r and /pm commands so that you can /r reply to a player who uses these to speak with you.
- Market information is now updated when you connect to the server rather than when you enter a base.
