I agree with this sort of weapon reform. If people want to see house/regional weapons on house/regional ships, then the weapons need to be more similar across the factions/regions. Projectile speed across weapon types needs to match for a given faction/house, and each house/region needs shield busters of their own, etc. Individual flavor can be imbued by doing what Raekur suggests; adjusting each house/faction for a "tendency" in their weapon stats, but nothing that makes one faction's weapons a -must have- to win. Please give us more balanced weaponry across the factions.

I agree... A rebalance of all the house & corporation weapons to bring them up to Snuff with the weapons used by those in the borderworlds would be nice.

Afterall, it's perfectly acceptable because at low levels, you have lower class guns for your lower class ships.

I like the train of thought this is going on... Can an admin move this to Disco Mod discussion please?

The kusari gunboat and destroyer are small enough to have their range knocked down, but the battleship is a monstrous craft almost as big as a rheinland battleship. Perhaps the kusari battleship weapons would have to deviate from this idea of higher refire rate and shorter range. Maybe higher refire rate and less damage.
