They're a Toureg group, awesome live act (seriously, if you get a chance, go see them). The woman here shouts YALALALALALALA at about 30 seconds into it. They're not terrorists, they spent a fair bit of time pushing a pacifist way of living when I saw them play a few years back. That's not some kind of terrorist thing y'know, shouting yalalalalala doesn't have anything to do with terrorism.
I'm not going to make any more comments on the matter.

The sound itself is an outward expression of excitement or celebration, the other word mentioned here, yellah, means to move, or move it, or sometimes hurry up.
