Being a RTS enthusiast, I must say my favourite is CnC3 + KW. Awesome RTS, good scale.
I have StarCraft 2 also, it's quite enjoyable.

I need new games, but I enjoy the old ones too much. Mechcommander Gold is my all time favorite RTS game. Starcraft is another game I own and enjoy. I never played Warcraft 3, but Warcraft 2 was my first RTS. I own Sins of a Solar Empire, but never really enjoyed it.
I really enjoy Star Trek Birth of the Federation, but that is a turn-based game.
