at least if the blueprints would also show in what direction you want to go with your PoB and it would upgrade accordingly let's say a Shipyard becomes the Shipyard model, Depot becomes depot, regular base like West Point Military Academy at least for a start. The next option would be that if you gonna upgrade which of the let's say three shipyard model you want etc. etc.
or a Color change would be nice y'know :U but that'd be a bit too much to ask
