Konnichiwa. This is Enforcer Jack Payton of the Emergency Defense Group Enterprise, small independent branch of Bounty Hunters Guild operating mainly in Taus in order to secure Independent Miners Guild's operations. We would like to register following ships as outside contractors:


Standing with Kusari authorities:



Since our group is still developing and our fleet is under construction we would also like to humbly ask for registration of our whole Enterprise. Constantly updated list of our ships can be found under following navlink. We obviously understand that we are asking for much. However, we urge you to carefully consider burdens and benefits of our proposal. Our numbers are small and hypothetical presence in Zone 2 will be minor at best and therefore it won't obstruct Kusarian way of life. Also our hitherto activity has already proven to be beneficial for people of Kusari. Let me only point some of our operations.

18th November:
We have assisted [KNF]Di.Jiro.Tachibana and [KNF]Ca.Myuki.Kokori in destruction of Outcast fleet near Java Station in Tau-23. Whole report can be found under following navlink.

23th November:
Our bomber wing intercepted Liberty Rogues cardamine convoy with Outcast gunboat escort in Tau-23 that was heading to Liberty space through Kusari. We have destroyed three cardamine transports and four gunboats. Whole report can be found under following navlink.

24th November:
During our operation near Cali base in Tau-23 we have taken down one Outcast bomber and two fighters before two dreadnoughts forced us to retreat.



2nd December:
During our operation against Outcasts in Tau-37 Enforcer Jack Payton moved to Tau-23 in order to stop enemy fighters reinforcements, including XTF and WK pirates.



7th December:
Our bomber wing has intercepted Outcast gunship that tried to escape from Tau-23 to Colonial space.



Later on the same day we have intercepted famous smuggler known for regular hauls of cardamine through Kusari space.



We are obviously not mentioning situations when we have provided Kusari Naval Forces with intelligence data on incoming smugglers and hostiles. We definitely want to improve our standing with Kusari authorities. We will be honored if our group is recognized as legitimate outside contractor of the Kusari government.

Konnichiwa. We are obviously aware of the fact that our first encounters weren't actually filled with politeness and respectfulness. However, I must stress that we have never shown hostility to any legitimate representative of Kusari Government and we will never do that, no matter what will happen. Our intentions are pure. Unlike Bounty Hunters Guild, we don't want to engage in politics or senseless conflicts in Edge Worlds. We just want to resurrect Bounty Hunter's original mission. To protect innocents against criminals. As for the initial bad impression, I can only say that unfortunately we are brutes after all. I see no reason why we should pretend that we were not shaped by bloody conflicts waged with enemies deprived of honor. On a daily basis we are facing threats that wish to destroy us or our allies at all costs. However, we want to improve. Your people have a saying saru mo ki kara ochiru. Well, we have fallen from that tree but we are asking for a chance to climb on it again. We understand your caution and we are ready to further prove our good intentions.

Konnichiwa, Kokori-san. We had hoped that you would accept our apology and offer us a way of earning your trust and respect regardless of the cultural differences that are between us. We are eager to dedicate some of our operations to directly benefit people of Kusari. We can only hope that in time you will change your heart and give us another chance. Sayonara.
