Allowing the players the ability to mold and shape the mod. It would be thrilling to take a base, and then a week later loose it, and have this back and forth thing where events actually mean something and yes, there is consequence to action. I've put this idea forward about a year ago, shame that apathy pretty much shot it down. Also, less (or maybe even no) punishment for fleeing. And then: - dynamic economy if possible (or even some random changes to particular commodities, for a certain amount of time) - visual range of NPCs increased - docking/undocking on carriers - better civilian guns - a sort of team who could help the admins with requests, sanctions and SRP - permission for caps to open fire on transports that are actually pirating in front of you, or transports that are disrupting a lane.. because sometimes other players with fighters/bombers aren't around, and i really don't want to create a fighter/bomber myself to do it. If you could change one thing about discovery what would it be? - Rodent - 11-16-2010 Well, I'd like a few Game-masters to control and direct the flow of story among the different factions in a region which interact with one another. Eg- Say, Liberty has the lawful factions and unlawful factions. X could act as a medium for factions to figure out plausible directions for role-play, and direct them according to the wishes of the mod-creator/dev team/Admins/Players. Difficult job, yes. But I believe if factions can coordinate things, we can see better RP evolution, something which is seen a little rarely here, and is usually not done right or taken too well.
