I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the new messages. It was my idea, so I'm responsibe for all this mess.
Now, the time between messages has been increased 3 times (to 15 minutes). Irrelevant messages were removed, and some of the longer ones were split into 2 parts. Certain long messages still remain, specifically about MOTY-2007 and fleeing re-engagement rule, but others were truncated.
However, MOTY messages are temporary (Phase 2 voting will last until January 1 only), and rule messages will be changed gradually. I do believe that getting some extended info on our rules will benefit the new players who come to the server.
