Practically every time I undock from the Isehara Terraforming Outpost in Okinawa with my Kujira I end up crashing into or getting stuck on the habitation modules that the station has. Pretty much the same problem as Shasta Outpost in Baffin.

it's not a /stuck problem but it undocks you right in to the planet sometimes. Find it very annoying at imes as it can take 3 attempts to undock successfully.
Will take a note of bases that need /stuck as i come across a few a fair bit. I know a few but cannot remember which atm.

I remember having problems with docking my Akegata on the space station in New Tokyo. I it's Shinjuku. The slowdock would start, and then it would get stuck flying in reverse while cinematic, between some two pilons I think.
Also, Xshuttle on Liner slowdock in Edinburgh has sometimes a few problems to enter the hangar
