You don't toss the dinner for want of potatoes

I disagree that there is a problem here.

Well for me is the day amount of Q_Q, insults and trollism not much very comfortable.

I think that you as leader of SCRA should know something about it.

Ignore the Q_Q, insults, and trolling....

Problem solved.

Changing the admin team won't fix the players.

Yeah but that brings the problem that you don't recognize constructive criticism then.

Because when someone says something should be/can be/might improved he is put into box of Q_Q's, haters et cetera.

People tell him he is doing it only because they killed him and so on.

I will try to use an example

Imagine you live in family where everyone shouts on each other whole day. You won't be comfortable just with ignoring it

QQ happens, it's a game where you invest a lot of emotion.

We have tempers... they go.

It's like any competitive game.

You deal with it and move on. Yes the SCRA gets a lot of it, I tend to merely ignore it or tell the people to get lost and move on.

Constructive criticism is considerably different from Q_Q and trolling.

It's also quite easy to locate. It's generally a lot more pleasant to read.

That said, if that is the major issue, then most of the suggestions in this thread are largely irrelevant and just a blame-game.

Perhaps Boss is just growing bored with the game and does not realize this.

Possibly. My thoughts are that if you want a positive change, word your opinion as an opinion, instead of a demand... suggestions are better accepted that way.

Igiss adminguard?

Yes, the forum is tough, and that toughness is taken ingame too.
And yes, there are a couple of key persons who forgot about being considerate about other people's opinions and choices.

And what about being considerate to their opinions and choices in return?

It is a two-way street. Shutting down a person because he or she is (elite) is just as bad.

I fully agree on that.

I didn't Boss take reflection as demand I took it as suggestion.
