No, but reputable companies tend to use more... dignified symbols. ***Graphics Request*** - galaktik - 01-07-2008 yes i can make crosshair smaller and Black to be straight if needed...and maybe fix some other things, but only if Rep Ex want it to use it, otherwise i wasted my time... ***Graphics Request*** - mwerte - 01-07-2008 ' Wrote:but only if Rep Ex want it to use it, otherwise i wasted my time... To: galaktik From: Alan Groteck, RepEx-Shipping|868 "Nah, never. You leaned some things about photoshop and designing a logo. Maybe not a GOOD tradeoff but I wouldn't count it as a total waste. I'm still waiting for someone to comment on my revised ones." Alan Groteck Message Delivered ***Graphics Request*** - galaktik - 01-07-2008 true, but if i kne this was goig to be logo i could maked it with program for doing logos and that stuff, with far less hassale and more professionality... As for your improved pics, still looks plain to me... So if Rep Ex want profi looking logos, let me know ***Graphics Request*** - mwerte - 01-07-2008 To: From: Alan Groteck, RepEx-Shipping|868 ' Wrote:As for your improved pics, still looks plain to me... Alan Groteck Message Delivered edit: hmmm, seems uploading killed the background image...:( ***Graphics Request*** - Skorp - 01-08-2008 Here is my version for the black talon logo. Personally, I prefer the black / white reduced logo, as it looks like the squad symbols on modern fighter aircraft. I also made a second one, using the detailed claw and the red crosshair, as you may like it better. For color changes / flipping just say it:) I made the logo for Black Market also simple : black font on white background. The bullet symbolizes "the most powerful weapons in Sirius" (which even the "Black Market" can't withstand:D) , while I chose the seven RepEx arrows for the bullet trail as a direct hintnk to the parent company. ***Graphics Request*** - Jinx - 01-08-2008 @Patriot the shield is good - but maybe you can get rid of the black square background of the skull/head - possibly reduce the head to a black and white image, too so it blends into the shield. make the letters a little bigger, too - other than tht its good - sec uploading what i mean quickly .... ***Graphics Request*** - uspatriotsf - 01-08-2008 Well, we definitely like Skorps work at this point. Definitely what we were looking for. @Skorp: On the Black Market logo could you add "Weapons Sales" underneath? On the Black Talon one, take the RepEx portion out of it and move the "Black Talon" portion into the shield. And I do like the more detailed one. If we could remove the white background and have it be just the shield that would be perfect. Also, maybe enlarge the crosshairs and move them behind the eagle's claw. Great work, we can discuss a total cost for the two once they are complete. @mwerte, patriot and galaktik: Thank you for your attempts, they also all look very good. Even though we have decided to go with Skorp's I don't want you to have done that work for nothing and I will still pay you each $10 million credits for your work. Contact any senior RepEx member to collect payment. And again thank you. |
