I've only had good experiences with this faction.
I even wish to say that Crimson is one of my all time heroes on discovery. He truly inspired me to give up a normal life and start drinking and bar fighting!
I hope you guys make it to officialdom. The admins would be crazy to reject this fine request.

I've met the Reavers quite a few times. Most of the time on the receiving end of their guns. My indie pirate, my SCRA, various characters. From the impression I got, and what I've read here, they're exactly what's said on the tin. Criminalist mercs just shooting at others to make some credits.
I approve. I don't see why not. You've been around long enough, definitely, so a lot of people have seen you and can probably comment. That's why this thread is to three pages on the first day.

Why not go for go for a Terrorist ID clone for your own ID? I'm sure that works quite well with what most of my guys usually see from you... hell, then I wouldn't even have to "whine" about your complete lack of RP because you'd need none.
All in all: I feel that merc companies shouldn't be capable of gaining an official status since universal IDs aren't compatible with the current system. I suppose that somebody who isn't lazy could iron out the kinks and produce a fair good new system for handling Freelancer ID factions, research ID factions as well as merc ID factions, but as it stands now I doubt anybody of the admins will take the time to do so.
I'm not against the idea, I'm not for it. I merely believe that the system needs an overhaul for this to work.
