Go to google translator and type on english "I'm so ****ing good" and than see what is going to translate on serbian or croatian "Ја сам тако јебено добро" so i dont see any Al-Karam word on any other form in that translation which proves name isn't offendable and who ever doing translations for Joe translate it wrong probably deliberately.
Bot ofcourse Joe isn't listnening so being inocent on this server dosen't mean anything all it mathers what an admin says preety much sounds like a police state to me...

With regard to Police state, it is clearly not. As Cannon has stated it was 3 admins who looked at this
Also can I ask, are you an admin, are you a developer, have you donated even 1p to the running of the server, can you read the rules? You play here for free, many people put thier own time, effort and money into running this place for people like you. Have a bit of respect for those people and stop whinging on and take your medicine. The majority of us respect the rules and the fact that without the numerous devs, admin etc we wouldnt be here in the first place

You play here for free while the admins pay aeound 1700 US dollars to keep the server running at the host company.

As Cannon and Joe said, the act of lying to us and using a multitude of excuses to abuse our naivety and ignorance (We have those defaults? Don't think so) is to me quite childish. Like many have said, you got caught; Apologize, accept the punishment and get over it. Alas, you persistence in denying the truth thinking that we are dumb enough to say "Oh, it's just a mistake. Must surely be a coincidence that a dozen of chars are named after offensive stuff in other languages" is quite insulting.
I was the third admin voting on you and I won't vote to release you yet. Bid your time, however long it will take. Names have been checked my many sources inside and outside of discovery. I could contact 3 more people to confirm the names, but I won't do...since it's quite pointless to waste time for you.

The server isn't a bloody country. It's god-damn private property that we all just have the PRIVILEGE TO PLAY ON.
The only rights and such that apply here are the ones set down by the people who run the place. Those would be the server rules and forum rules.
When it all comes down to it, rules, laws, regulations, all that stuff... it's all enforced by power.
In a typical situation, a man will not steal from another man if they know the man they are stealing from can get the support of a larger group, like the government, in order to seek retribution.
In simple terms, here, on this forum and server, the administrators have power. You do not.
Indignant complaints will not change that.
