I just play about 2 month ago and I have around 400 Mill SC on my bank account and all my ship worth at least 1,4 billion if you count codename weapon outrageously, mostly my income was come from weapon dealer, but since so many new weapon dealer in NY, I just quit and concentrate on my trading and pirating, but mostly trading.

Been on disco for little more than two weeks, so can't say how it was earlier. It's a little too slow for my taste though, trading should get buffed a bit.

Made money mostly from mining (when I felt like mining for half a day or so) and selling weapons. And by mostly I mean that thats where the billions come from. Made around a few hundred millions with piracy as well, though that was in the time when traders actually payed pirates instead of going "just kill me". Also made some money from selling ships that I got at a lower price.
I'd say earning credits now is a bit harder than before (as in, last year). Though, its not too hard if you know exactly what to do.
Also, I think that restarting the stock exchange is a wonderful idea. I hope someone can make it work again.

For the poll specifically:
Over 500 million credits. (Way over.)
Trading. (Too much.)
Both faction and independent. (Depends on who I can meta-game my way past on the chat list.:rolleyes:)
