Similar to the HW 'Mafic' as known in Sirius. However, few changes in the body and also keeping the overall design of the current Mafic.

Whoa. Great model, Luis.

Maybe add arms to the model? no offense, i just don't see how this is "bretonian" i'm not gonna let that judgement stop you though. Im rather ambivalent :S

edit: can you make it look like a shrimp?:D

Problem is, it doesn't have to look Bretonian to be civilian, mate. Something cheap yet easy for anyone that has the credits to buy the ships is worth enough.

EDIT: A shrimp? If make it a shrimp it will look kusar'ish cause of the wings/fins.

well, the goal for this competition isn't to rehaul the mafic/dacite lines. Its to make a unique ship for BMM-. thats why we are shelling out credits for this purpose.

well, you have a point there. it should fit in the theme of all the bretonian ships you see out there :3

looks nice!

questions:
a) can you make it look more "bretonian"? i dont want this to look like a civilian line ship. I want this property of BMM.
b) the legs seem to be out there for no reason (maybe fold them up?).
c) maybe this is a better dacite replacement?
d) i like this ship prototype. can you make the decision whether it would be better as a dacite or mafic? either way you will be paid. assuming the process continues and all goes well.

a): I think adding bretonian textures will go a long way to give it that look. Actually the upper body shell was modeled after a land crab.
b): The legs can go where and however you want. I like them hanging down because it gives it that hermit crab feel I think.
c): It could probably replace either, it actually is not that much bigger than a Mafic. The Mafic is big slow and easy to hit anyways, that probably wouldn't change and a slightly model wouldn't hurt it any more I believe.
d): Like I said, that is more up to the dev team I think.

Epic bug of win, do want. Just maybe really fold up the legs like bugs doing while flying
