Primus is occupied by monkey-like creatures because, even in the current lore, people mutated into those.
And the Outcasts and Corsairs have in-lore governments, so I don't know what you're referring to there.
And... errr... what's the Crucible? You may have to tell me about that.

I just hadn't heard of the Crucible before. That RP may have to be renewed, but that's a part of the RP I would like to maintain.
