Also, things other than damage should be modified as well. All the criminal weapons have different stats compared to their house counterparts so mods for re-fire, range and projectile speed should be added for different factions as well.
TOOOOO COMPLICATED..... The whole thing. Plus I like how it is, its fairly well balanced per faction already mate.... You don't think your ship is well enough off? RP good and get a special request then;)

RP good enough you can pretty much get anything.... Jus sayin

Last time I saw Rip Rorry he was flying Corsair IDed Kusari Explorer with Zoner turrrets, think that's a bit relevant here.
