Its strange,
My girlfriend haves a Gunboat and the NPC shooting 2 times on here and in 3 seconds here shield is down and she die:wacko:and then there are only 2 npc, its very strange, npc with level 17.

I fear a 'rollback' to the last 'good' configuration (read as where npc's dock/don't freeze) may be in order.
While the NPC thing isn't a BIG problem, it is still a problem and may well be an indication of something that has been building up over all of the little 'tweaks' that have been going on.
edit: while I'm at it.... my signature section randomly changes size..... it's HUGE right now even though I only have a little siggy!

I made a post about that in the RP section back on the 15th. I ended up shooting two Titans that got stuck in the docking ring at Crete. I haven't really been in game since then, but sounds like it's time to thin the NPC herd a little.
Think of it as evolution in action - we're killing the stupid ones...

/edit: and till here i did not see that the bug appears with tradelines and jumpgates. so we still can let the convoys fly around... just make their route a circle?

Well, when NPCs are stuck docking.. you can usually use mooring points for planets...
But I saw some still NPCs in a mission too.. Of course its nice that they dont shoot at you or dodge.. but still
