Seriously, with the amount of problems going on in the world, we don't need to have a system that players can abuse in order to pick on other players from specific countries/regions.
If this was implemented I can see that happening.
Disco is relatively 'peaceful' compared to the real world, I'd like to see it stay that way.

I don't like the idea for much the same reasons as the other detractors in this thread.
I like that idea that it doesn't matter where you come from. I don't want us to devolve into country specific factions and bring real world problems to the forum and server.
Some of the above happens already but we try to resist and prevent it.
