Similarities:
They are aggressive.
They both make weapons and vehicles out of whatever is at hand.
More armour and guns can never go wrong (particularly true for the Rogue snub line).
They're both into lootin.

Strong in groups, cowardly when alone.
The strongest individual is generally the leader.
Differences:
Rogues are human (I use the term loosely).

Never really thought of it like that to be fair. Although Rogues, bottom line are not the same. They have similarities like you mentioned, but actual in-game how you'd RP the two, would be very different. Plus, ideals and goals of the two are different and with that all said, I'd try very much to further the gap in the two groups.
