Anti Virus - Geeky - 07-09-2011 ESET Nod32 Smart Security 4. Never had any problems with viruses after installing it. Anti Virus - BaconSoda - 07-09-2011 I use the following: Avira Free Malware Bytes CCleaner All 3 are free. If you're a safe browser, you may never have to use Malware Bytes, but if you do get a virus or trojan, I think it's the best program around. Recently my mother actually got a virus (she clicks the stupidest things!) and I was thankful I put it on her laptop before she clicked stupid things. All fine now. CCleaner is a light registry-cleaning program which is very helpful for older installations of windows. I run it every month or so in case my registry gets clogged with useless indexes. Hope that helps. |
