We are discussing Corsair in kusari, which is, yes, out of the rp we have developed. Yes I get upset about it because it screws up the rp we have worked hard to develop.

Arrrgh, what be this madness, Corsairs not allowed in Kyoshu? Let me make myself clear: CORSAIRS GO WHERE THEY PLEASE WHEN THEY PLEASE! *screams at the top of his voice* You see, if i want some Kishiro luxury linner fun, i head over to kyoshu park my Frigatte and get me some Spaaa. There are no boundaries for Corsairs, you might aswell stuff them. Naturaly we respect the local costume-sans but on the other hand there are plenty of funds to be pirated and what is rightfully ours we take. And what we want we take. *Raises his Rum pitcher and pours a couple more.* I would however be inclined to leave Kusari space alone should sufficent funds be donated at my account.

Then that will be the way it is huh? FA and Hogosha ships opening fire on the Corsairs, I guess you will have to rely on the Junkers to distribute Artifacts. Though, you will find you have no market for Artifacts in Kusari as we do not allow the Junkers here. You seem to think it is the Corsairs who somehow do for the FA and Hogosha, where in fact it is the FA and Hogosha who do for the Corsairs. You have the gaul to ask us to pay you to leave our territory? If this is indeed the way the OPG feel about the matter, a drastic change in our relations will be forthcomming. If the OPG cannot respect the sovergnity of the FA and Hogosha then we shall have no respect for you or your sovergity. I shall let my people know that the Omegas are now fair game for piracy. We shall see how you like someone else coming and taking what is yours.

This seems to be rather an old topic, and may not be needed...
I believe the only place you see corsair NPC's in kusari is honshu... Surely then they can pirate a little in honshu but it's probably best to stay away.
The Corsairs have little problem with the Kusari government as they already have a small degree of influence through the hogosha and FA, both of which are powerful (and legal) orangisations in Kusari. There is no need for them to pirate there as they'd lose artifact business with the hogosha.

Mister Barak, I can't speak for all the corsairs around, but I assure there won't be any member of the Hispania Armed Forces in Kyushu or any other place of Kusari. Not all the corsairs are out there to piracy. We can't do more than that, we don't order our hermanos to do anything. I'm sure the FA and us can set a deal.
