different normal speed is a bad idea.. it would create a whole lot of problems... just increase the reverse speed.

I'm getting tired of the people who fly a Camera ship around NY with contraband. Case in point: Cardamine_Carrie. Sure it's only two cardi, but the point stands. It's illegal.

Technically yes, I can. If they have ANY in their holds, I can legally kill them if they refuse to stop and pay the fine. I do throttle back the fine depending on the quantity, however.
