Strange reason #6 - BeyondTheVeil - 09-07-2011 Yes, zooming is disabled now. And truth be told, turret zooming is a bit too good a thing. As turret steering is definitely excellent for there are no convincing reasons why a ship can't maneuver and shoot independently of the ship's turn direction, zooming camera far from the ship is more artificial and unrealistic thing. So I feel just all right now. And yes, most things can still be done with steering without zooming. Hurray, good aiming is needed again. Strange reason #6 - Tachyon - 09-07-2011 It will be released in these small updates:P Strange reason #6 - Zahas - 09-07-2011 you can still move and shoot in turret view tho use it guys still it's active Strange reason #6 - Tachyon - 09-07-2011 ' Wrote:you can still move and shoot in turret view tho The zoom isn't active though, I think. I really want to have it back for photography. Strange reason #6 - Loken - 09-07-2011 ' Wrote:Q_QI hope 4.86 releases a year and a half ago. Nice work with these DLL's Cannon. It's almost perfect now but I'm experiencing various connection problems that I didn't have before. The only thing that's changed since they started is the DLL. Strange reason #6 - McNeo - 09-07-2011 Can the cursor be locked to the screen in windowed mode while its the foreground window? If it was, it would make combat in windowed mode easier, while hopefully the functionality of the graphics stopping when it becomes a background screen could be retained. That sounds a bit confusing ._. Basically, in windowed mode, can the cursor be locked to the screen, whilst retaining the feature of the window not freezing when it is unselected? I had a program that did this with vista called D3Dviewer or something like that, but it stopped working when I started using windows 7. Strange reason #6 - Domjan - 09-07-2011 Nice job, if it ever gets too frustrating fixing, you can always revert to the original no?;) Strange reason #6 - Tachyon - 09-07-2011 ' Wrote:Nice job, if it ever gets too frustrating fixing, you can always revert to the original no?;) Cannon can do what he wants to do. Did you forgot ? Strange reason #6 - Domjan - 09-07-2011 ' Wrote:Cannon can do what he wants to do. Did you forgot ? Err... Yeah... Saves Cannon the work and IMO it's better without forcing the focus on the window when in windowed mode - nicer for multitasking while ingame. |
